Get Those Annual Check-Ups

Make this month the time to set up your annual physical and other health screenings. Go to the appointments and then, you can stop worrying about ailments for a while.

Stay Active

It’s important to keep both your mind and body active and stimulated. Make sure you make time for hobbies or experiences that make you HAPPY. Experts recommend at least 30 minutes of physical activity on most days of the week, but you DON’T have to do all 30 minutes at once. Try walking for 15 minutes twice each day or for 10 minutes 3 times a day.

Mental Wellness

Keep your mind exercised by reading, learning a new skill, and researching something that interest you. Perhaps develop a hobby, as it is never too late to expand on a particular curiosity you may have had for some time now.

Social Wellness

Stay close contact with friends and family. Take a moment to write, email, call someone daily or look to participate on a video conference call for a unique approach to staying connected.
