Mission Statement
It is the mission of Community Medical Group / Social Services Department to create a strong community alliance between our access community centers locations, the public, and other community agencies to help people lead healthier lives with our support and involvement efforts.
For your convenience, most of our locations have designated areas called "ACCESS Centers" where you can apply for social services from DCF.
