Community Medical Group Celebrates Ribbon Cutting of Sand Lake Medical & Wellness Center

Community Medical Group proudly celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of its Sand Lake Medical and Wellness Center on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, located at 1233 W Sand Lake Road, Suite 1, Orlando, Florida 32908, home of the MyCasita Wellness Club.

The event brought together community leaders, healthcare professionals, brokers, payers, and residents to mark a significant milestone in CMG’s expansion in Orange County. The celebration featured a live on-site broadcast by El Zol 95.3, engaging the community through interviews, music, and giveaways throughout the afternoon.

Guests enjoyed guided tours of the new center, refreshments, and interactive experiences while learning more about CMG’s integrated approach to care for adults and seniors. During the live broadcast, Dr. Annette Acevedo, Medical Director, shared insights on the center’s medical services and wellness-focused model, followed by a special interview with Rayny Ramirez, CEO of Community Medical Group, who highlighted the organization’s mission and long-term vision for growth in Orange County.

The official ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at 2:10 PM and included remarks from Rayny Ramirez, CEO, along with distinguished guests representing Orange County and the Orlando business community. Special guests included representatives from the Orange County Mayor’s Office, the Orange County Commission District 3, the Orlando Chamber of Commerce, and the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce.

The Sand Lake center is designed to serve both adults and seniors, combining primary medical care with a welcoming wellness environment through the MyCasita Wellness Club, reinforcing CMG’s commitment to accessible, compassionate, and community-centered healthcare.
